Ron specializes in Tenant in Common (TIC) real estate investments and other real estate related investments such as limited partnerships, public and private REITS, mortgage pools and notes.

He brings to his clients a unique blend of securities and real estate backgrounds. Fresh out of the Navy in 1969 he started his working career as a stockbroker with Reynolds & Company (now Morgan Stanley). He worked several years in the securities industry before switching to commercial real estate in 1974. Ron received his real estate broker's license in 1975 and in his over 30 years of real estate history has been involved in almost every type of real estate transaction including sales, leasing, development, ownership, and financing.

Ron joined CapWest because he wanted to specialize in TICs and CapWest is a leader in TIC sales and due diligence. Ron's ability to analyze a Tenant in Common offering from a real estate perspective is a great asset to his clients.

Past real estate associations include the national firms of Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis.

Ron is active in his community through his membership in the Cupertino Rotary Club. He is a former Navy officer and graduate of Hampden Sydney College in Virginia. Ron holds the series 7, 22 and 63 securities licenses and formerly held an Enrolled Agent's (income tax related) license.
